the YOU retreat

I am beyond excited to be offering this retreat for YOU! This is going to be a weekend that will become the catalyst to significant change in your life. Good change. Change that will put you on an aligned path. Whether you are new to something like this or have been on a path of self love and acceptance for years - you'll be stepping foot into a new space, a new container of women and new opportunity to be with YOU. My hope is that this weekend pushes you a little, opens up new ways of thinking and being, and allows you the space to be with yourself. As a mom to 3 young kids, I know firsthand what it feels like to be pulled in so many directions and how mom guilt can eat you alive. I've learned that in order to fill my cup, it's up to me to be intentional with the time and effort needed to do that. No one else cares about you as much as you do. This is different than a girls weekend. The focus for this weekend is on you. When is the last time you spent days away, or maybe even just a few hours, alone? It's time!

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel before 30 days of the event for a full refund. If you cancel within 30 days of the weekend, you will receive a 50% refund. If a cancellation must happen within 8 days of the weekend, there won't be suffeciant time to fill the spot so there will be no refund granted.
